With my Paragon I use a Prayer of the Forgotten and a Zehtuka's Horn when I go Imbagon. That's +10% chance to double adrenaline, Received...

The area is huge. The Training Arena is just a very small part a little south of the middle of it. I've never seen any other parts of the area...
