Adding something similar to a weapons bar would be fine.
I wish they would add these extra movement abilities. At the moment, unless effects and things like that will be effected by some sot of physics...

/notsigned People can just buy the skill(s) in the quest, buy the skill they really want in PvP, do the quest and get a free upperlevel quest.
This is a neat idea, its still prestige but with meaning now. Not "I'm richer than you", its now "I got skills". /signed, but...
