They haven't really nerfed items as is my understanding. There are still HoD swords, weapons with +% damage with no negative modifiers... but...

How much are 19% going for? For that matter, get two of those axes, mod one with two lesser ones and be content with it. Just save the second one...

Actually the bonus in Abaddon's Mouth isn't the infusion, you have to escort this ghost to the area where the Eidolon is. Just watch out...

I didn't even realize I was at 1 health until when I was editing it. At which point I was laughing because the degen doesn't kill for some...

I'll stick with my 10% recharge and 20% enchanting axe thank you very much.

There are actually a few other places you can do it. Abaddons Mouth and Ring of Fire.

I think it basically means that guild hoppers or players who have a smurf guild will have that grace period to find a guild and stick with it...
