Man.. thats a tough one... probably 15-20k to a Warrior Monk.... The energy gain on hit is good and the enchantment is excellent...

IF that +14% was >50% health you'd have yourself a goldmine... but as is probably 10k maybe 20k to the right person with some time selling...

2k-3k each on the max dmg stuff from Fissure Don't really think the shield is worth much.. It's tactics and not 16 Ghostly staff has low...
