It's fair to me to have the only IAS be an elite. Dagger only was good. Decreasing the IAS, not so great. That just makes the skill useless again.

I'd say keep the IAS, and keep the dagger only. Change the speed increase to 25%.

Definitely strong paranoia. Also, even if your account is logged in, if someone else logs into the account, you're booted out. So, logging in...
