Why not just lay some Traps where the Hungers will be grouping. Lay traps then grab quest to get them come running.... then they will all walk...

You can also use 3k Balthazar faction and unlock the elite, then use an Elite Tome.

You can also use Pain Inverter on them, that tends to help kill them off fairly fast. If you have to, pull another group of warrior and rangers...

330hp in UW is definately not easy, especially since they changed the body blocking... and Graspings are the only ones you need to worry about....
