The changes since last year aren't as nearly as much as the changes since proph. The only biggie is SF got nerfed. That's about it.

Maybe someone got in through that security flaw that NCsoft denied existing.

The free storage thing was a one time event and I don't think you can get it anymore. Maybe they'll redo it for the 5th anniversary.

Anet added more attribute points... they are called pve skills. IMO you don't really need more when there are hero builds out there that let...

I wrote a wurm farm guide a while back. It needs to be updated in terms of rit skills but the principles still work.
