the title update is happening just very, very, very, very slowly it should be done about a week before GW2
monument armor is made up of re skinned parts of other elite armor types
just do quests and pvp till you have enough gold/faction to get the skills
we have no news about GW2 since all the moaning people have done about what needs to be in it and what doesn't etc....
