There is something similar in R.O.S.E. where you have a clan (guild in GW) and you can be a member of one of the 5 guilds. What other features...

I also really like #14. And I'm not even a warrior. Less armor but more damage...I think it fits well with the Guild Wars system.

And even with this supposed imbalance, people get past it.

How about a universal skill that will allow 10 more slots? You'd only be left with 7 slots for combat skills.
