I agree with Icuradik, semi prot helps your team out a lot, and aegis and prot spirit are great spells to bring along anyways.
Guild lord ganking has been mentioned a lot, hopefully ANet will pay attention and do something about it. It was abused a lot during the PVPX weekend.
