Paragons do not really farm they are meant for mainly party support.

I play PvE more than PvP, and I find more people busy with PvE chars than PvP chars. If I do PvP, I shall be doing mainly RA.
The Lunar fortunes do give out the celestial oxes,the oxes are not very hard to get, but on the other hand they are not very easy to get.
