Melee crits, why not give spells the exact same chance to crit depending on governing attribute? Crit makes for ~1.4x damage, same as melee crits....

You lvl up faster, but as far as actual difficulty, factions is a lot harder than prophecies. I played my monk through factions, had a few fails...
