That isn't a dyable area on the Mesmer FoW... Notice the heartier brown? Thats the dye, the other part is just standard.

The Catacombs in Presearing and Sorrow's Furnace.. Soon to be favorite place, Under City in Factions.

I'd say 7.5k per each piece of 15k armor. 10k if its dyed black. This is with the 50% rule.
