In pve random pugs or random arena, everyone take a rez of some type (usually a sig in randoms). In an organized group it depends on the team...
I like the "Hide" feature suggestion better.
Juggernauts at every gate is too much. Aspenwood is easy to win on the kurz side if you play right.
