Well i can Guarantee that req 9-13 items still drop with an emphasis on the 13 range but I did have a req 8 bow and shield drop recently.....

He certainly does seem cheery but he definetly not alone

All the elite areas should be opened up for level 20 players IMO.

They drop everywhere for me especially Nightfall in the free chests... As if i need them :|

Crom is spot on. But at Kaineng you can have 7 level 20 friends and the quests are worth a bucket load of xp so go go go to Kaineng!
