You can change your profession once you reach Senji's Corner. It costs 500 gold the first time you do it,but you can do it as much as you want...

^^Yup just remember those emotes, and it's a breeze. I'm pretty sure he uses the Ranger animation, so if you need to see what they look...

You need to complete the quest Big News, Small Package, which you get from Castellan Puuba. It's one of the main quests so you can't miss...
