Barbed Mods go into effect when you use Barbed Signet and again when you plauge touch it off... so... It's entirely possible.

I think those are skills from the original GW beta, and have since become attacks, or have been removed.

Yea the loss of the -2 made a noticable difference initially. If you can afford to spring for it, buy a cheap set of Knights armor to get the -3...

I've always found that preemptive yelling works to avoid people thinking you're at fault when playing monk. I just blame it on the mesmer....
