Pe Wan is out to lunch or otherwise invisible. I put in a bug report on it a bit ago and am waiting for a response.

Brother Pe Wan is now invisible or out to lunch, it seems. So, now the monk's first quest cannot be completed and the avatar can go no further...

I am *not* in Belgium nor use Telnet; I'm in the US and am having extreme problems with the err=058. I really wish this would get cleared up.
