This would be annoying when forming groups, spamming the chat box. It's a players right to keep their build private if they want to....

It seriously takes 5 minutes once a month to scroll through all of your characters and /age them. I have 14 in-use slots.

Give them away to your alliance, that's what I do

The only thing that should be changed is that you shouldn't be able to get a bonus you already have. Other than that it's fine.
