I heard some pretty good things about that inter ranger. It seems that for one, they got it right with the AI. I also heard they messed up Lina...

Glyph... is a strange choice with Diversion/Blackout. I'd take Echo over Glyph. It is more functional, only drawback being the 20s recharge....

Cry is a great skill but there is nothing futuristic about it... It does work to stop most spikers (they tend to bunch up) but it's nothing...

I don't think that the game fosters neurality. I know as much as I'd love to be neutral, I'll most likely have to get in a faction.
