Do we really need another thread about Touch Rangers?

The -1 health regen of Vampiric is not even worth mentioning. It has absolutely no bearing on a character whos primary focus is to deal damage.

Maybe a Blood Wand and Focus, both with 20% recharge for Blood Magic. This should help with your energy if you get quick recharges on OoB
