I would go with the credit for skill. I do that any way, cash in 5 credits for a sup salvage kit, sell the kit for a plat, spend the plat for a skill.
Saving my money 110 k plus jade and amber (for selling). Also I am saving up my crafting supplies. Actually this is what I did for factions also.

A Me/N is about degen and interupts more dirrect damage, a good shut down mes is highly sought after. Check Campfire for builds
