From my understanding, so long as you don't map an entire farming sequence to a single macro, you're fine.

The only other class that would make sense to have a rez skill is a necromancer. Considering that they raise the dead anyway, it would fit...

The copy-paste method works fine, I've used it in the past. You just need to make sure that the file is not marked read-only.

I use the -image switch at every update (even the minor ones) to keep load times down, and my dat file is at 2.93.

For the 2nd island, only the eastmost lord needs to be killed to activate the portal. I believe it's also the same for the third island....
