just took my Tyrian ranger over to Jokanur Diggings - no issues for her either she can enter the 2nd mission and she doesnt have the 1st mission...
not sure what to say... as a lvl 20 Tyrian (who already did 1st mission and 4rth mission) I confirmed that I can do both missions for - Jokanur...
