I'm not that creative, and solving problems where there are none ( why kill riposte tanks? ) is not my style.

Shuuda, does stone dagger get blocked? No. Spells cannot be blocked. They can, however, be dodged.

I've been thinking of a similar build, although I'd use horns of the ox for the interrupt, not the snare. Too bad there's no good...

Shuuda...if you're not using any attack skills why bother with expose defenses? Autoattacks?

Gee, how to stop them from blocking/evading? Way of the fox, guided weapon, expose defenses, rigor mortis...plenty of ways.
