The 15% applies only to base damage, yet that doesn't mean you should ditch it. Any number adds up.
I post pvp builds in here as well because you cannot post solo builds in TA/HA/GvG...y'know.
Basically exploits that don't harm other players are kinda "ok" imo. PvP exploits aren't, duping isn't, etc.
