Yes, but the Jade Arena doesn't appear to be runnable like Securing Echovald Forest is. Are there any Luxon quests like it?

So GMT appears to be 7 hours ahead of me at the moment...So July 5th in GMT starts at 5:00 PM my time, giving me several hours to see the Emperor....

Does that also include part of the 4th? And also, I just saw that the luck titles have 5 tiers. Getting the first tiers seems to take a day or so,...
I know you get them from the Emperor on the last day. But the festival appears to end at the same time it started, which was sometime last night...
