The guide doesn't have the monk and ele heroes listed. You get the dwarf and asura right after the intro quest.

Last I checked, it triggered for each hex that Divert Hexes removes, even if Scourge Healing itself was removed. So it's kinda evil.

There's several characters that don't move their lips. The NPCs in the cutscene at Gyala Hatchery come to mind.
If you want to keep the avatars in line with what they do now, sorta, something like... Grenth would be better if it was closer to OoA... makes...
If you have at least two people with Factions AND Nightfall, it CAN be kept up indefinitely through a mimicry chain. It's not a super awesome...
Just hit Extinguish or something after they get through the lava... 15 energy to get rid of the condition on all party members. Less with Martyr...
