I've yet to experiance the elite skill in fast casting, but It could work well with a Mesmer/elementalist that involves really quick casting...

Well I know that the catapult bolts out a huge type of thing and up close it might resemble a wall... and I know it kills thing even near the wall...

hmmmmm... Mesmer was my first class that I ever played when I was a noob... I don't really understand how Mesmer is considered more advanced...
