Anet has already stated that all the content gained in GW:EN during the preview will be available after the expansion is released and back online....
What is PvP getting out of this? More balance. Thanks to PvE skills, they don't have to worry quite as much about keeping skills worth using...
QZ / SQ breakpoint is 15 or 16 IIRC.
Elite missions, PvP, and a bit of farming now and then.

If you die of old age, you're still old. Even if someone resurrects you, you'll just die again immediately, similar to a 55 with DP....
