Helm is exactly the same. Reduces damage from attacks is seen on all the pieces, no reason why on one it would differ from another.

Check edit time and time of post. What does the projectile look like from the wand/staff? For that matter, can you mod them? Damage types?

When you see the icon "Enter Mission" appear below your party screen window, thats a mission. Quests will appear in your Quest Log...
