physical attacks I do believe. Wand/Staff attacks do affect adrenaline, but spells do not
The only green I ever got while playing normally was Dwayna's Grace :P I found it capping the skill back when it was like... 40k
Or Anet can, you know, try fixing the weapon switching bug. Instead of nerfing yet another good warrior skill.
