Yes, it was nerfed. Now getting max Kurzick is less of a grind you may say. FA/JQ are way better sources for faction now imo + funner.

Well PvE side you might be a bit short, because of PvE skills. PvP you should still be fine, but [Patient Spirit] is a good monk skill from EoTN....
