I prefer cleave instead of battle rage on an axe warrior. Frenzy is also excellent if you aren't using a different stance (battle rage) already.

Frenzy + sprint is how I solve that problem. If you are doing enough damage that they need to stop to heal you essentially win. Another helpfull...
