Saider is correct. The res must give you 100% health or DP penalty will kick in and kill you at the spot.
1. It is a Lich skill. You switch places. 2. DP. With DP penalty you dont have enough to be alive.

I am unsure about PvE, but I know for a fact that it does work in PvP (PvP weapons not PvE weapons in PvP). Just make sure you understand that 20%...
