I'm guessing all the areas that are able to be vanquished, leaving out areas after the vortex in nightfall for example.
I would rather see them work on GW2 expansions than GW1 expansions after the release of GW2.

You don't need a cd/dvd to install or play this game. The only thing you need is a serial key. You can download the whole game from guildwars.com.
