I like the idea, but why dont make it elite and like this: For 7-30 sec. target foe and all nearby foes has health degeneration of 3-7
How about combo weapons, here's an exapmple... Fiery Dragonsword Damage: 10-15 (req. 5 swordmanship) Bonus for W/Mo: +8 damage and 10% maximum...
