Ok sooo... I got Ironclaw's group killed by wardens then killed Ironclaw. Tough drop rate I guess, he didnt drop it after 3 or 4 deaths. Maybe...

They are weak if I remember correctly. I play the necro of the team and I normally kill them for the monk.
