Lightning does make a point in his post. But it does take some skill to play it effectively not kill for kill.
With the way shadow refuge works it would be better then restful breeze imo.

They should not have nerfed down the damage as much as they did. They should have nerfed it down to trampling ox dmg imo...
It is a fun elite to play around with really. The damage is alright but the elite could be better maybe cause DW for like 10 seconds or something.
