how about learning forging as an in-game trade skill? You could become a blacksmith and as your skill lvl goes up from practice you could make...

Choosing an officer is kind like going on a date...they may look good, sound good, etc, etc...but only after you've gotten to know that person...

They're just the old, spoiled D2 players... It'll take some time, but they'll get used to it.
