If you want a true pve tank, you can go swords. That's just cause tactics allows for some awesome tanking + damage capabilities... 12+1+3...

If you want to spike like a machine gun, then you go Ele/R using a 10wilderness Survival Serpent's Quickness... That's hot stuff...

The energy drained by fear me is in the skill itself. ALSO when u do it, any enemy within it's range will have a purple -3 pop out of them...
