PvE rank would be ignorered for the most part. But a good indicator of it is how many mambers have Elite armor/Obsidian.

With the addition of GWEN, this might actually become viable.

New system isnt that great, but it beats the old one by a mile. I dont know any HA guilds that HA specifically for the purpose of getting favor...
