It really doesnt matter. Make any (good) build, pick a spell and take it out. Look at the build again, and invariable it looks a lot suckier....

Power Block allows you to take down two targets, maybe three if your fast. Dont drop it.

But knocks them down, thus reducing the amount of damage you take.
