If ectos were all of a sudden loot scaled I would expect their value to sky rocket like they did when loot scaling was first introduced and they...

I say be creative and go with necro or ranger. Both have condition removal and as a ranger you can tame a pet.

I doubt Arena Net has much say in the price of their games, NCSoft as the parent company probably makes all of those decisions and just tells...

You can go warrior/mesmer to stance against elements, warrior/monk for a hard rez spell, warrior/elementalist for extra damage with a conjure...

People don't like mesmers because they can't see what they are doing. An elementalist they can see fireballs coming down the from the sky...

I agree with nightwatchmen, do guardian of tyria. probably the easiest since factions has the timed missions and nightfall is well...nightfall...
