Nothing? Guilds are broken and remade pretty quickly, most guilds (Pvp) don't have more than 15-16 people so it's quite easy to get back...
They don't 'happen' in hardmode. They only 'happen' in places which have monsters under lvl 20.
I actually like tank's, it means i can play monk while eating my lunch (just need to press protective spirit and seed of life periodically)....
