Aura of Holy Might is actually a Kurzick skill as well (all PvE Factions skills are this way). Also, you don't need a very high title track...
Actually, Lead and Offhand attacks don't have a chance to double strike. Double striking only applies to Dual attacks and auto-attacking.
I just found a build that dominates with it 2 days ago. It's a really good spike build for AB and can even cap a few shrines solo....
