Run another Resto or RoJ, but for a necro I would recommend AP Ebon Sin spiker instead of SS and Discord heroes instead of sabway.

nobody cares about levelling in gw because it is fast, going through a campaign is fast, getting skills is fast so dont listen to all the bollox...

I use Monks with Discord, they deal much more dommages than necroes and never run out of energy, dunno why you want to use SR tbh.
