Its a waste running 16 Mysticism imo. You'd be far better leaving it at 15, 16 gets you no extra energy which is really what this build...

The Ritual Lord's Staff? Can be farmed in about 5 minutes starting from Unwaking Waters using a Touch Ranger w/ Zojuns, Dodge and Signet of Agony.
