in my opinion Repeating Strike should be used as more of a opener Start with your lead-offhand or offhand and then into repeating strike, but not...

I was to poor to enjoy guild wars for awhile. Then I sucked it up, but seriously a skill balance would be nice, the game despite what every1 says...
