Phoenix Tears has a pretty cool idea. You could just add the book to the HoM. Its fairly similar to the book we carry for EOTN dungeons and quests...

I tend to lurk in int districts to get what I need done. Less spam, and some actual chat sometimes. Plus I doubt the air thieves would use it....
